SoRexAgreement
These terms are an agreement between you, or the business you represent (“you”), and the SoRex team (“SoRex”, “we”). By creating an account, subscribing or using SoRex, you accept them. If you use SoRex for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business.
The service
SoRex lets a business connect messaging channels, add its knowledge and data, and use an AI agent that replies to its customers by message and voice, while its staff manage conversations from a shared inbox, console and mobile apps.
Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them, and keeping login details safe. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.
Plans and payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance each billing period through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and include or exclude taxes as stated there. Fees already paid are not refunded for partial billing periods. If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it is paid.
Acceptable use
You must not use SoRex to:
- send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or ignore opt-outs;
- break the rules of any connected platform, including WhatsApp, Meta, Telegram, LinkedIn and X;
- impersonate anyone, mislead end users about who they are talking to, or collect data unlawfully;
- try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
Your content and data
You keep all rights to your knowledge, data and conversations. You give us permission to process them only to run SoRex for you. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you connect and for telling your end users how you use SoRex.
AI-generated replies
The agent answers from the knowledge, data and tools you configure, and hands over when it cannot answer. AI can still make mistakes, so you remain responsible for the information you give it and for reviewing how it is used in your business.
Third-party platforms
Channels and payment processing rely on third parties. Their availability, rules and pricing are outside our control, and a change on their side may affect a feature.
Availability and changes
We work to keep SoRex available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features, and will give notice before removing something you rely on.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, SoRex is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. After cancellation you can ask us to export or delete your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
