About billing and subscriptions.

How am I billed?

Your plan renews automatically each billing period through Razorpay. You get a receipt from Razorpay every time you are charged.

Which payment methods can I use?

Any recurring method enabled on the Razorpay account, such as cards and UPI Autopay. Checkout shows you the options available.

Does SoRex see my card details?

No. Payment details go straight to Razorpay. SoRex only receives a confirmation, which it verifies before activating your plan.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Every plan runs on the same platform, so moving between them changes your limits, not your setup.
